|Project Description||Islamic Relief Worldwide Bangladesh (IRWB) Rangpur office is located in a rural setting with six acres of land, which has been specially developed for setting up model demonstration farms on major income generating activities for both training and on-farm demonstration. CFT-IGA project successfully combines both theoretical training with practical on-farm demonstrations. IRWB started this project in 2004 to enhance capacity of the poor (especially women) through skills development training and increased productivity with efficient management of local resources. The major components of the project are Dairy Farm, Beef fattening, Fishery and Nursery.|
|Overall aim and objective||Goal : Livelihood security of the poor and vulnerable people of the community improved
Objective-1: To develop strong network with development partners, GOs & and other organizations and internal & external relation build up.
Objective-2: To enhance the capacity of the organizational staff.
Objective-3: To enhance the capacity of the targeted vulnerable group by introducing demonstration plot.
